One row per licence you hold. The reporting period start is the date your board's current cycle began, not the date you were issued.
A rulebook is data, not code. Boards change their requirements on their own schedule and no vendor keeps every jurisdiction current, so these are yours to edit. The bundled ones are patterns named for their shape, all marked unverified. Check your board's current rule before you trust a number here.
Subjects use key=hours, for example ethics=1;hsw=3. Anything you
do not assign to a subject is treated as general hours. Approvals are semicolon separated
and only matter for boards that demand a specific one.
The cross-licence view a stack of per-state spreadsheet tabs cannot give you, because the tabs never see each other.
Ranked so that hours you cannot substitute come first. A subject minimum is a binding constraint: only that subject satisfies it. General hours can be filled by anything, so they wait.
